What do you think? And how would you caption this photo?
On another note, may all veterans of war and their families feel honored and appreciated today for the service and sacrifice they offered (and still offer) their country. A shout out to my father, who served in the Korean War, and to my sister Claudia, who served in the U.S. Navy for twenty years.
My dad is still this handsome, by the way.

I see a sweet kiss.
Thank you for the shout out to our veterans. I'd like to join in and honor my dad, a veteran of three wars who serves in Heaven these days. And my thanks to all those who serve in our military today.
Thank you, for the opportunity, Julia.
Kath, how amazing that your father served in three wars. A true American hero who hopefully got his share of acclaim here on earth.
The caption that came to my mind is an old joke tag line from my youth, which covers both possibilities:
"Kiss you? I don't even know you!"
This year's Veterans Day is the first on which there is not a single living American who served in the First World War. I find that mind-boggling.
That's it. We're cousins. Noses never lie!
Regarding Veterans Day, I honor my "guys"--grandfathers (one of mine and my husband's British grandfather), father, and uncles--year-round with a wall of honor in my living room that includes their photos in uniform and flags resting on top of their respective frames, including the Union Jack on Bob's grandfather's.
Great caption, Liz!
Wow, I did not know that--but it is sobering.
Very funny, Nancy!
And what an amazing array of veterans you have to honor.
